Information you give us
This website has no forms. If you call, text or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, organization, phone number, email address and the content of your message. Calls with our team are recorded for quality and compliance purposes, and we tell you so at the start of the call.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records basic request information for security and operations: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not load content from third-party advertising or social-media networks.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about Shiift products and services you asked about.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To comply with law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers that host this website and handle our email and phone communications, who process it on our behalf.

Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Shiift, as described on our Text Messaging page, we collect your mobile phone number, the date, time and method of your consent, and the messages we exchange with you, including your STOP and HELP replies. If you opt in verbally, the recording of that call is part of your consent record.
We use this information only to send the messages you agreed to receive, to respond to you, to honor your opt-out and to keep a record of your consent as the law requires.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party. The service provider that delivers our text messages processes your number only on our behalf, to deliver our messages, and may not use it for any other purpose.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, then delete them. We keep records of text messaging consent and opt-out, including the recordings of calls in which you gave consent, for as long as the law requires, even after you opt out, so that we can prove your choice was honored. Request logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@shiift.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to appeal a decision about your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and information you submit is processed there. By contacting us you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
