These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, operated by Shiift.com LLC ("Shiift", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. The Text messaging program section below also applies if you opt in to receive text messages from us.
Information only; no offer
This website provides general information about Shiift and its products. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a quotation or a binding commitment. Use of the Shiift platform is governed solely by a separate written agreement between Shiift and the customer, which controls over anything on this website.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by or licensed to Shiift and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation of Shiift. Any other copying, modification, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission. "Shiift" and the Shiift logo are trademarks of Shiift.com LLC.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website in violation of any law or regulation;
- send us false, misleading, abusive or unsolicited promotional content;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, scan or disrupt the website or its infrastructure;
- use automated means to scrape or collect content or personal information from the website.
Text messaging program
Program. Shiift Customer Care is a text messaging program operated by Shiift.com LLC. If you opt in, you will receive text messages from Shiift at (904) 204-5425 about your inquiry and your relationship with Shiift: replies to questions you send us, scheduling and reminders for calls, demonstrations and onboarding sessions, support ticket updates, and account and service notices for Shiift customers, such as planned maintenance. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How to opt in. Text START to (904) 204-5425, or give us your consent on a call with a member of our team. Details are on our Text Messaging page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies with your activity; most people receive no more than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. To start again, text START.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at info@shiift.com or 904-999-0034.
Carriers. Supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number. You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you opt in. If you change or give up that number, text STOP from it first, or tell us, so that we do not text its next owner.
Privacy. How we handle your mobile number and consent is described in the Text messaging section of our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your submissions
When you contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
